The work under this Contract consists of the improvements to furnish, install and establish highway landscaping and irrigation at I-295 at Commonwealth Avenue. EXPERIENCE IN LANDSCAPING (FORM 850-070-09) MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH THE BID. LUMP SUM CONTRACT. SPECIAL BID REQUIREMENT: At the time of bid submit the following: 1) A letter of reference from a government agency of independent business that states the bidder has satisfactorily completed a landscape project of at least $500,000 as the Landscape Contractor. 2) Three (3) separate letters of endorsement from three (3) Registered Landscape Architects currently listed in the State of Florida. Endorsements shall include the Landscape Architect's signature, license number and the quality of work performed. Note: All letters and endorsements shall be signed and dated within the last five (5) years.
