MENASHA, WI — Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) an engineering, construction, manufacturing, and clean energy company, was recognized by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America with first place in the Specialty Contractors division over four million hours category at the 2022 Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA). FTI was also among the top 15 organizations nationally vying for the CSEA Grand award, which the company received twice in its history (2010 and 2020).

AGC ranks its commercial and industrial contractor members that build long-lasting, high-quality construction projects, based on work hours. Award winners are selected by a panel of five independent safety professionals within the government, corporate, and insurance industries. Final judging for the awards program took place during the AGC Annual Convention in Grapevine, Texas.

"Safety and health is the No. 1 priority for the construction industry, and it’s important that we recognize our member companies for their efforts to lead by example," said Bob Lanham, the association’s President and President of Williams Brothers Construction Co., Inc. in Houston, Texas. “These awards also provide an opportunity for them to share the innovative ideas they are implementing to keep safety at the forefront in the construction industry. This experience makes us all better, which is the goal.”

“FTI is proud to be recognized by the AGC as a safety leader in the construction industry,” said Rocky Rowlett, Vice President of Safety. “And while the recognition is appreciated, our main safety goal is zero incidents, and we truly believe this is achievable thanks to the efforts of our team members each day."

The company has worked more than 26 million hours without a lost-time incident over the past three years.
