PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia-based construction management firm LF Driscoll has promoted several professionals and added a key leader, further strengthening the expertise and leadership across the company.
Promotions
An integral part of LF Driscoll for 18 years, Michael Dikon, LEED AP BD+C, has been named Vice President. Dikon has played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of LF Driscoll by leading the successful preconstruction of some of the largest and most complex projects in Greater Philadelphia, including numerous projects for Penn Medicine: two Proton Therapy Centers, the 1.5 million-square-foot Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Pavilion, and most recently a 217,000-square-foot eight-story laboratory overbuild. Dikon also led the preconstruction for the 1.5 million-square-foot New Patient Tower for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Matthew Guinan has been promoted to Vice President after 20 years with LF Driscoll. Guinan is a health care construction expert, leading the construction of more than $2.5 billion of health care projects. Guinan has completed many large projects for both the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn Medicine. Guinan is currently leading the construction of the new 1.5 million-square-foot New Patient Tower for CHOP and was a key leader of the Integrated Project Delivery Team for Penn Medicine’s 1.5 million-square-foot Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Pavilion. As Vice President, Guinan will play a pivotal role as an executive leadership team member in steering LF Driscoll toward continued growth and excellence.

New Hire
After an almost 20-year stint on the West coast, Michael Wolfe has rejoined LF Driscoll as Vice President. With a storied career in the construction industry that expands over 30 years, Wolfe’s experience leading health care projects began in 1996 — after graduation from Penn State — and continued throughout the Las Vegas, Phoenix, and San Diego markets. Wolfe has been involved in several large-scale health care projects including the $85 million St. Rose Dominican Hospital - San Martin Campus in Las Vegas, the $399 million Phoenix Children’s Hospital in Arizona, and the $600 million University of California San Diego Jacobs Medical Center. In addition to his health care construction experience, Wolfe recently supported a $507 million 2,046-bed student housing design-build project at UC San Diego.
